It is found adjacent to Dumaguete city and hosts the Negros Oriental Arts and Heritage (NOAH). Just around San Juan Luna Street, the NOAH exists as the only shop selling intricately inlaid Philippine gemstones. The stones are available in agate, onyx, jade and the exquisite jasper. One can also choose from petrified wood, cave stone, river stones, seashells, minerals and mountain stones.
